🔥 Heating instructions 🔥

Microwave: remove sleeve • microwave on high for 3 mins (depending on your microwave you might need an extra 30 sec) • rest for 1 minute • carefully remove film • serve

Stir fry in a pan: remove contents from packaging • place in non stick frying pan • heat on low, stirring until visible steam comes from meals • rest for 1 min • serve
